About

Core Beliefs

At new Dimensions Wealth Mangament, we are guided daily by a collection of beliefs that set the course in every interaction we have with our clients.

Financial Planning Makes Your Life Better

Without a plan to reach your goals, you’re unlikely to achieve them. We provide confidence and peace of mind for today and tomorrow.

Clear Fees and Transparency Matter

No hidden or complex fees here. We strive to make sure that our costs are clear and simple.

Wealth Has Many Dimensions

A balanced perspective and a full life require attention to every dimension of wealth.

Simplicity Is The Key To Success

Investing shouldn’t be made to look difficult when it isn’t. We do not believe in pretending to add value.

Meet our leaders, Lance, Tiffany and Joy, long-time financial services professionals passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Lance has a BA in International Business from the University of Texas (Austin, Texas), an MA in Economics from George Mason University (Fairfax, Virginia) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Lance started his career in 1998 at a prominent Dallas Financial Planning Firm, Carter Financial Management, where he had the opportunity to work at one of the first firms to promote comprehensive financial planning (way back in 1975), with one of the most recognized financial planning teams in the country.

From there, Lance went on to be the President, Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at another prominent firm in Dallas, JWA Financial Group. In addition to working with such a great team and wonderful clients, Lance had the privilege of co-hosting a weekly financial radio show, having the honor to interview such notable financial thinkers as John Bogle, Eugene Fama, Robert Reich and Arthur Levitt.

Lance enjoys giving back to his community and has been honored to sit on numerous boards such as the Advisory Board for the Journal of Financial Planning, the Finance

He is now very active in supporting the Community Garden Kitchen, a non-profit in McKinney that is focused on providing prepared, healthy meals to those facing food insecurity.

Lance is most proud of his two greatest accomplishments, his daughters Claire and Olivia. His favorite thing to do is spend time with them in the mountains – away from the Texas heat!

Typical Client Profile

We serve clients of every age, life status, and wealth levels, but many of our clients fall within three main categories.

Pre-Retirement

This phase typically occurs 10 to 15 years before retirement. In this stage, you are paying down debt, in the process of paying for your children’s education, saving for retirement, and accumulating wealth. We help you to plan for all of these activities.

Retirement Red Zone

This phase occurs five years before or after retirement. In the retirement red zone, our main focus is to create and implement a solid plan for your transition into retirement. We help you to prepare and make any necessary adjustments, both before and after your retirement date.

Post-Retirement

Individuals and families in retirement typically want to establish a consistent income stream, mitigate taxes, and preserve their wealth. We take care of the details so that you can enjoy the retirement you’ve worked so hard to earn.
